Arch Energy, a division of Arch Energy, seeks a hands-on engineering leader to guide utility-scale solar, BESS, substations, and grid interconnection projects from pursuit through commercial operation.

You will build repeatable engineering practices, lead external Engineers of Record, and ensure safe, constructible, reliable, and contract-compliant facilities across multiple pursuits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering.
• 10+ years of engineering and EPC delivery experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• PE license preferred.
• Experience with 100 MW+ solar, 100 MW/400 MWh+ BESS, and 115-345 kV substations.
• Experience in ISO-NE, NYISO, or PJM markets preferred.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into executable plans.

Responsabilidades

• Direct technical strategy and design delivery from site diligence through 30/60/90% reviews, IFC design, construction support, and turnover.
• Lead integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) including PCS, BMS, EMS, PPC, SCADA, and related systems.
• Oversee P&C scope for substations, AIS, GIS, transformers, grounding, and energization.
• Lead multidisciplinary reviews across civil, geotechnical, electrical, controls, and interfaces.
• Develop scopes, fees, schedules, and interface registers for EORs, utilities, OEMs, and consultants.
• Partner with estimating, procurement, operations, QA, and commissioning to validate design maturity and risk.
• Support business development through site walks, proposals, and client presentations.
