Job summary

Obsidion is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to organize and scale our engineering organization. You will set technical direction, grow world-class engineers, and ensure we ship with speed and quality.

You will lead 8–15 engineers across frontend, backend and infrastructure; partner with Product and Design to define roadmaps and ensure timely delivery; recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent, while driving culture and best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience with 3+ in management.
• Deep technical background in modern web or backend systems.
• Proven track record of building and scaling teams.
• Strong communication and ability to partner cross-functionally.
• Experience leading distributed, remote-first engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead 8–15 engineers across frontend, backend and infrastructure.
