Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams and managing direct reports.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, process improvement, automation, capital projects, and product development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the engineering strategy aligned with business objectives and operational goals.
• Lead and mentor engineering managers, manufacturing engineers, design engineers, project engineers, and technicians.
• Oversee design, development, validation, and implementation of new products and enhancements.
• Ensure manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of engineered solutions.
• Develop business cases, budgets, ROI analyses, and implementation plans for capital projects.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with industry standards.
