American Trailer World is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive cross-functional projects from definition to deployment in a manufacturing environment. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while coordinating internal and external resources and maintaining strong client stakeholder relationships.

The role emphasizes production experience and a track record of delivering on innovation and progress, with travel up to 50% based on location and project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in applying manufacturing engineering, product design, lean tools, and training.
• Results-based leadership style with strong impact and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ME, IE, other) preferred but with the right amount of experience will consider other fields of study.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook at a minimum.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
• Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and subject matter experts.
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and elevate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
• Travel could range from 30-50% based on location
