Job summary
M.C. Dean is seeking an Engineer Leader 1 (EL1) to guide complex projects across multiple engineering disciplines.
The EL1 will lead technical discussions, validate world-class solutions, manage risk, and mentor emerging engineers, while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Qualifications
- ABET-accredited engineering degree preferred with 7+ years in engineering with construction experience
- Master’s degree in engineering preferred with 5+ years in engineering with construction experience
- FE/EIT, DBIA, LEED, NICET training are desirable
- Strong knowledge of one or more technologies and application methods
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical discussions, projects, and programs
- Validate world-class technical solutions on projects
- Ensure engineering best practices across multiple disciplines
- Manage technical risk on a project
- Provide oversight, direction, and technical expertise to engineering teams
- Develop client-specific solutions and drive project artifacts
