The role requires ABET‑accredited degrees, 7+ years of construction‑experience in engineering, or 5+ years with a master’s, plus FE/EIT, DBIA, LEED, NICET certifications are preferred. Strong cost estimation and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree with construction experience or equivalent.
• Advanced degree with experience in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical discussions, projects, and programs.
• Validate world class technical solutions on projects.
• Ensure engineering best practices across disciplines.
• Manage technical risk on projects.
• Provide oversight and technical direction to engineering teams.
• Develop and mentor established and upcoming engineers.
• Prepare client-specific solutions and project artifacts.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Review project details with leadership.
• Integrate data from multiple company systems to derive insights.
