Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Engineering Leader 1 to lead complex, multi-discipline engineering projects and validate world-class solutions. You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, manage technical risk, and deliver client-specific results across electrical, mechanical, cybersecurity, and IT domains.

Ideal candidates hold ABET-accredited degrees with FE/EIT or equivalent, plus 5+ years of construction-related engineering experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or physics with construction experience.
• FE/EIT or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical discussions, projects and programs.
• Validate world-class technical solutions across disciplines.
• Ensure engineering best practices and manage technical risk.
• Provide oversight and direction to engineering teams.
• Develop client-specific solutions and project artifacts.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians.
