Job summary

Fullsteam Hospitality is seeking a Director of Engineering for WebRezPro, a cloud-based PMS platform serving hospitality clients. This senior role leads engineering execution, platform reliability, and modernization strategies to accelerate innovation and scale operations.

You will partner with Product, Design, and QA to improve delivery, implement AI-enabled development, and build high-performing teams that deliver high-quality, customer-focused software at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in engineering leadership.
• Experience leading multiple teams or products within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record delivering scalable, customer-facing software platforms.
• Strong experience building and developing team members.
• Demonstrated success improving delivery predictability, operational performance, and engineering quality.
• Ability to translate business strategy and growth objectives into technical priorities and execution.
• Experience in PMS industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering execution for WebRezPro.
• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery aligned with product roadmaps and priorities.
• Partner with Product, Design, and QA to drive speed, quality, and measurable customer impact.
• Drive platform modernization and AI-enabled productivity initiatives.
• Establish and uphold standards for code quality, performance, and security.
• Manage engineer and software analyst teams and develop leadership within the group.
