Qualifications

• Comfortable working directly with customers in a B2B setting.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, reliability, and scalability of AI agent improvement product offerings.
• Design and operate multi-tenant, distributed backend systems.
• Make platform-level decisions across infrastructure and deployment models.
