Job summary

The role blends deep LLM-based agent expertise with people leadership, architecture reviews, and delivery ownership, ensuring high-quality, observable production systems and smooth deployments.
Qualifications
- Track record shipping production agents with high-volume usage and measurable impact.
- Deep expertise in LLM-based agent systems, orchestration, context engineering, tools, and memory.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to build, debug, and operate complex systems.
Responsibilities
- Technical Direction: own agent architecture across orchestration, harnesses, design, RAG, memory and execution environments.
- Prioritization and Execution: translate roadmap into technical plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Engineering Leadership and Mentorship: grow engineers' technical judgment and establish planning and reviews.
- Production Performance: improve observability, reliability, latency, and cost with production data and feedback.
- Safe Deployment: partner with security and infra teams on permissions, sandboxing, and data boundaries.
