Job summary

Stay hands-on: review code, prototype, and raise the bar on observability, resilience and production AI. Align with security, product and exec leadership on AI strategy and infrastructure investment.

Qualifications

• Led a team with outputs used by multiple engineering teams.
• Experience leading technical teams, hiring and setting direction.
• Deep technical depth in distributed systems or cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on coding and code review with ability to reason in a codebase.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team that owns AI enablement, developer tooling and accelerators.
• Stay hands-on by reviewing code, prototyping and setting engineering quality bars.
• Build internal tools, automation and reference implementations to boost productivity.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities and production-readiness guidance across teams.
