Amazon Ads Publisher Technology is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the engineering team and own the infrastructure and technical roadmap for the Publisher Ad Server. This is a high-visibility role with impact and growth, requiring customer obsession and strong business acumen to shape a product vision.
You will drive 1-year and 3-year roadmaps, grow and mentor engineers, collaborate with product, UX and QA, and partner with other PubTech teams to deliver scalable, reliable systems
Qualifications
- 8+ years designing or architecting scalable systems.
- 4+ years engineering team management experience.
- Experience partnering with product and program management teams.
- Experience delivering high-quality, scalable software to customers.
Responsibilities
- Own technical vision and direction; oversee 1-year and 3-year roadmaps.
- Grow and mentor engineering teams across locations.
- Collaborate with product, UX, QA to deliver customer-focused solutions.
