Job summary

Workwize, a SaaS platform enabling remote and global IT equipment management, is seeking a senior software engineering lead. You will oversee the team building finance and internal operations systems and report to the Engineering Manager.

You will partner with senior leadership, plan roadmaps with Product, Operations, and Finance, and drive high standards in code review, testing, and security while growing engineers through feedback and performance management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a software engineer with 1-2 years managing engineers.
• Experience with modern web stacks like Laravel, Node.js, React, and MySQL.
• Daily use of AI tools in development and strong communication skills.
