Job summary

The Town of Frederick is seeking a Senior Development Review Engineer to shape streets, infrastructure, and public improvements. You will serve as the Town's engineering voice through development review, technical analysis, and project management from pre-application through closeout.

Collaborating with Planning, Public Works, Building, Parks and Utilities, you will ensure compliance with standards, lead reviews, and guide complex development projects to successful completion for a growing

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
Minimum of five years of professional civil engineering experience.
Colorado PE license or ability to obtain via comity before start.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering review of development applications and plans.
Coordinate internal and external reviews and timelines.
Manage consultant support and project milestones.
Participate in development-related meetings and communicate technical requirements.
Negotiate provisions of development agreements and coordinate with multiple departments.
