The Town of Frederick, Colorado, seeks a Senior Development Review Engineer to shape streets, infrastructure, and public improvements. You will lead engineering review, technical analysis, negotiation, and project management from pre-application through construction and closeout.

Collaborate with Planning, Public Works, Building, Parks, Utilities, and outside agencies to ensure safe, sustainable growth and an efficient development review process, while guiding staff and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience related to development review and municipal projects.
• Experience with developers, consultants, and regulatory agencies preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering review of development applications (sites, subdivisions, drainage, utilities, transportation).
• Serve as primary engineering representative for development projects from pre-application to closeout.
• Coordinate internal/external reviews, manage timelines, and resolve conflicting comments.
