Job summary

WE Soda is a leading soda ash producer with operations in Green River, Wyoming. This salaried position targets entry-level to experienced engineers with a focus on safety, cost improvement, and technical leadership at the Granger Plant.

You will coordinate capital projects, oversee RCA and MOC processes, and mentor engineers while supporting reliability and operational efficiency at the Green River facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and B.S. degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years engineering experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Project management experience including planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety as a number one priority.
• Capital Plan Preparation and Capital Project Execution.
• Oversees the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Process.
• Leads Continuous Cost Improvement (CCI) efforts.
• Coordinates Engineering.
• Oversees the Management of Change (MOC) Process.
• Provides relief for Production Supervisors and Managers.
• Participates in process and safety improvements.
• Develops technical direct reports.
• Trains plant personnel on new equipment, procedures, and processes as required.
