Job summary

WE Soda Ltd. in Green River, Wyoming, seeks a seasoned engineer to join our Granger Plant team. This salaried role focuses on safety, capital projects, and technical leadership, guiding engineers and overseeing critical RCA/MOC processes.

Qualified candidates bring a BS in Engineering, 3+ years of engineering experience, and proven supervisory or mentoring capabilities. We offer comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a B.S. degree in Engineering are required.
• 3+ years of engineering experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills; ability to manage scope, schedule, risk and budget.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities to develop engineers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety as a number one priority.
• Capital Plan Preparation and Capital Project Execution.
• Oversees the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Process.
• Oversees the Management of Change (MOC) Process.
• Provides relief for Production Supervisors, Production Manager, and Unit Manager.
• Participates in process and safety improvements.
• Demonstrates technical leadership.
• Develops technical direct reports.
