Job summary

WE Soda USA in Green River, Wyoming, is seeking a Mono Production Supervisor to lead shift operations at our soda ash facility. You will emphasize safety, ensure product quality, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with maintenance and the day shift.

Ideal candidates bring a HS diploma or GED with supervisory experience or a BS in Engineering or Chemistry, demonstrate strong leadership, and manage performance with daily metrics.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering/Chemistry or equivalent.
• HS diploma or GED with supervisory experience (1 year) or 5 years of plant operating experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Safety as the number one priority
• Ensure safe plant operation and product quality
• Foster crew participation and ownership of results
• Take accountability for team’s performance and metrics through short interval measures
• Coordinate with maintenance on dayshift and ensure equipment is inspected after repairs
