Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software development with the Microsoft stack and .NET.
• Experience ASP.NET and modern React or Angular.
• SQL Server development using T-SQL and ORM such as Entity Framework.
• 1+ year designing AI-assisted workflows on major platforms (Foundry/Anthropic/OpenAI).
• Experience optimizing prompts, context, and tokens for cost/performance.
• Hands-on AI coding assistants like Copilot or Claude Code.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps and Git version control.
• Strong OO design, IoC, and unit testing for maintainable architectures.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software for Audit flagship products and modernization.
• Ramp quickly into new teams and contribute with minimal onboarding.
• Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams for feature development and delivery.
• Leverage Azure PaaS services to scale business value.
• Build and integrate AI solutions aligning with audit requirements.
• Use AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery.
• Refine requirements with audit practitioners and product teams.
• Architect and review to uphold development standards.
• Troubleshoot issues across systems.
