Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in n‑tier Microsoft stack apps.
• Strong ASP.NET and modern client‑side development (React/Angular).
• Experience with SQL Server, T‑SQL, EF or similar ORM.
• 1+ year designing AI‑assisted workflows using major platforms (MS Foundry/Anthropic/OpenAI).
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software for Crowe's Audit flagship products and innovation projects.
• Ramp quickly into new teams with minimal onboarding.
• Engage with Agile Scrum teams for feature development and delivery.
• Leverage Azure PaaS services to deliver value at scale.
• Build and integrate AI solutions aligned with audit quality and transparency.
• Collaborate with Audit practitioners to refine requirements and translate needs into solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot product issues across systems.
