Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with the Microsoft stack.
• Experience with ASP.NET, React or Angular, and SQL Server (T‑SQL).
• 1+ year designing AI-assisted workflows and using large language models on major platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software for Audit's flagship products and innovation team to drive modernized features.
• Ramp quickly into new teams and contribute meaningfully with minimal onboarding.
• Engage with Agile Scrum teams for feature development and delivery, adapting to cadences.
• Leverage Azure PaaS services to deliver business value at scale.
• Build and integrate AI solutions that align with audit quality and transparency.
• Use AI coding assistants to accelerate value delivery.
• Collaborate with Audit practitioners and product teams to refine requirements.
• Consult with teams and Architects to build consensus on architectural approaches.
• Embrace a Shift Left mindset and ensure quality from the start.
• Proactively surface impediments to help teams meet Sprint objectives.
• Contribute to establishing, reviewing, and upholding software development practices.
• Troubleshoot product issues quickly across systems.
