Job summary

Suno is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its Revenue Growth engineering team in NYC. You will guide backend, web, iOS, and Android efforts, shaping pricing, paywalls, and subscriber UX, while partnering with product and data science to drive commercial outcomes.

You'll stay technically close to the code, hire and mentor engineers, and build an autonomous team that experiments rapidly and scales impact across Suno's music platform.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineers (2+ years) and leading full-stack teams.
• Ability to shape ambiguous roadmaps with commercial impact.
• Experience running data-driven experiments and metrics.
• Proven hiring and organizational-building skills.
• Strong cross-functional communication and trust building.
• Genuine enthusiasm for Suno's mission and music.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow backend, web, iOS, and Android engineers on the revenue product roadmap.
• Set revenue roadmap with product, data science, and other teams.
• Create engineering plans: hiring milestones, execution, cadence.
• Invest in experimentation infrastructure and instrumentation.
• Stay close to the codebase to guide architecture decisions.
• Test and scale AI-enabled engineering workflows and assess impact.
