Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Engineering Lead to define multi-year architecture across full-stack systems, cloud platforms, and AI-powered products. You will guide cross-functional teams using modern stacks and tooling to deliver scalable, secure platforms used by global clients.

You will mentor engineers, shape roadmaps, and drive best practices in automation, CI/CD, and observability while aligning technical direction with business priorities and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years leading technical teams or engineering managers.
• Deep experience with modern full-stack development, cloud-native systems, distributed architectures, and high-scale platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with languages and frameworks such as Python, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, Java; React, Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI, .NET, microservices; Kubernetes; CI/CD and observability.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year architectural direction across full-stack systems, cloud platforms, and AI-driven products.
• Lead hands-on full-stack & platform engineering teams across frontend, backend, data, and cloud infra.
• Drive engineering roadmaps, automation, testing, and observability best practices.
• Mentor engineers, grow high-performing teams, and influence product and business leadership.
• Represent engineering in governance forums and translate technical options into business insights.
