Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Engineering Lead to own the technical direction end to end, guiding full-stack teams with modern languages and cloud-native systems for global clients. You will shape roadmaps, mentor engineers, and drive enterprise-grade platforms that balance innovation with reliability.

This role emphasizes architectural influence, scale, security, and AI/ML integration within a collaborative, product-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Deep experience with full-stack development, cloud-native systems, and high-scale platforms.
• Hands-on with languages/frameworks such as Python, Go, TS/JS, C#, Java, Rust; React, Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI, .NET, Angular; Kubernetes.
• Strong command of DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year architectural direction across full-stack systems and cloud platforms.
• Guide design and development with frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js, Python, Go, .NET).
• Drive AI/ML integration, data interoperability, and scalable APIs (GraphQL, gRPC, REST).
• Oversee delivery across squads with focus on quality, velocity, and security.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, and Operations to prioritize work and communicate tradeoffs.
