Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 8-10+ years of managerial experience.
• PMP Certification, MBA, specific licenses.
• Experience with financial products.
• Working knowledge of the industry and competitors’ products.
• Advanced knowledge of strategic direction of the function.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated leadership, management, and development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams and manage personnel duties including evaluations and hiring.
• Present regular team and project reviews to senior management.
• Drive system architecture design, work with end-users to improve deliverables.
• Monitor budgeting, policy formation, and future area strategy.
• Ensure regulatory reporting controls and documentation are current.
• Oversee disaster recovery plans and testing.
• Lead staff forums and communicate updates across locations.
• Promote best practices and transparency across teams.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
