Job summary

iNRCORE Group in Bristol, PA is seeking a Design Engineer II to design, evaluate, test, and document magnetic and electronic components, supporting production and solving moderate-to-complex challenges.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 3–5+ years of experience, proficiency in Inventor CAD, and strong analytical and communication skills to interface with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• 3–5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of analog circuits and magnetics or electronic component design.
• Proficiency with CAD modeling tools (Inventor or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with design validation, testing, and documentation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and test new magnetic and electronic components.
• Analyze specifications and customer data to determine design parameters.
• Develop prototypes and support validation testing and design verification.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support production with engineering guidance and technical expertise.
• Create and maintain schematics, drawings, BOMs, and test plans.
• Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Stay updated on standards, materials, and design practices.
