Job summary

You will operate test equipment, document data, and maintain instruments to ensure tests meet quality and safety standards. You will collaborate with engineers, prepare test plans and reports, perform calibration, and help with safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Operate mechanical, electrical, and environmental test equipment.
• Proficient in Excel and Word for reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and standards.
• Strong attention to data integrity and documentation accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication with engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor test equipment for wiper systems and components.
• Record test data and observations in notebooks and databases; prepare summary reports.
• Perform calibration and preventive maintenance on lab instruments and fixtures.
• Prepare test specimens from production and prototype parts per drawings.
• Follow safety policies and maintain clean, organized lab spaces.
• Contribute to test plans, reports, and data packages for internal and customer use.
