Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, systems engineering, or related field.
• 5+ to 7+ years in product testing, validation, durability, or lab operations.
• Experience independently developing and executing engineering test programs.
• Experience with instrumentation, data acquisition, and engineering analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute verification and validation plans for vehicle systems, components, materials, and electronic products.
• Lead laboratory, proving ground, and field-testing activities.
• Establish test methods that replicate customer usage and real-world operating conditions.
• Support product development with data-driven validation and technical recommendations.
• Operate and continuously improve full vehicle shaker table testing capabilities.
• Develop test profiles, procedures, and instrumentation plans.
• Execute environmental testing including thermal, humidity, corrosion, ingress protection, and accelerated life testing.
• Validate vehicle electronics, controls, sensors, and electrical systems.
• Lead root cause investigations and failure analysis activities.
