Qualifications

• Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited U.S. college/university
• Minimum 2.5 or above GPA preferred
• Must be able to complete a minimum of 4–6 months or up to 12 months
• Must be able to complete 40 hours per week
• Willingness to learn from others on the job
• Must be currently residing within the continental U.S.

Responsibilities

• Applies technical information and fulfills work requests to standardized policies and documents results
• Supports information processes such as ESW, VPI, product change management and data repositories
• Obtains input and negotiates with technical practitioners to deliver results
• Applies academic knowledge to progress projects without compromising quality
• Owns problem resolution for moderately complex components with low ambiguity
• Executes established work processes and develops tech knowledge
• May coordinate work amongst technicians or student employees
• Contributes to team goals and develops competency in critical areas
