Job summary

Cummins Inc. seeks a motivated engineering student for a 12-month Coop placement. You will design and integrate mechatronics systems, contribute to hardware and software development, and learn across product applications.

This on-site program requires full-time enrollment, a 2.5+ GPA, and 40 hours/week. You’ll work with a collaborative team, gain real-world experience, and participate in Cummins’ Early Careers program with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited U.S. college/university.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA preferred.
• Must be able to complete a minimum of 4–6 months or up to 12 months commitment.
• Must be able to complete 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to learn from others on the job.
• Must be currently residing within the continental U.S.
