Mead & Hunt, Inc. invites applications for a limited-term, part-time Engineering Intern in our South Central One Water department. The internship runs May/June 2027 through Aug/Sept 2027, with 30+ hours per week.

Responsibilities include assisting engineers, researching, data analysis, and drafting reports. Applicants should have completed two semesters of civil/environmental/chemical engineering coursework and may have AutoCAD or design software experience. A valid driver’s license is required.

Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm has a position available for limited-term, part-time engineering intern to join our South Central One Water department to work on engineering projects starting in May/June 2027 and ending in August/September 2027. The hours for this position are 30+ per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting engineers with the delivery of projects
• Conducting research
• Compiling and analyzing data
• Drafting technical reports
• Communicating with equipment vendors
• Reviewing construction documents
• Visiting construction sites

A valid driver’s license will be required.

Successful candidates must have:

• Completed at least two semesters (4 semesters preferred) of college-level coursework in civil, environmental, chemical engineering or a closely related field

The ideal candidate will have with any/all of the following:

• Civil or Environmental engineering coursework
• Microsoft Office software experience
• AutoCAD or other design software experience
