Minerals Technologies Inc. MTI is seeking an Engineering Intern to join our team and support projects aiming to improve safety, quality, productivity, reliability, sustainability, and process performance.

Working with engineers and cross-functional teams, you will gain hands-on experience in project management, data analysis, process improvement, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives while contributing to business objectives and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework, academic projects or internship related to engineering principles.
• Experience with data analysis and engineering software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with engineering projects related to manufacturing, process improvement, or equipment reliability.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data to identify opportunities.
• Support process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and production issues.
• Participate in project planning, execution and tracking.
