Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate four-year degree in Construction Management, Construction, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrates ability to work with diverse teams and communicate across disciplines.
• Shows initiative, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete construction change orders and assist with shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
• Assist with purchase orders and subcontractor agreements.
• Partner in construction sequencing and schedule maintenance.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and pre-installation meetings.
• Attend subcontractor coordination meetings and assist with correspondence.
• Utilize industry-leading software to support manufacturing for construction processes.
• Handle material procurement tasks.
