Job summary

Teel Plastics Summer 2027 NPPD Intern position in Baraboo, WI offers hands-on exposure to engineering tasks across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will complete related engineering tasks, collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, QA, Tool Room and Maintenance, and help develop technical training for staff. This role supports learning through diverse projects and exposure to plant operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Working towards a relevant 4 Year Bachelor of Science Degree.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Travel Requirements – Valid driver’s license to travel between buildings.

Responsibilities

• Complete related engineering tasks as assigned.
• Interface with other various departments of the organization in a teamwork environment. Departments include but are not limited to Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Tool Room, and Maintenance.
• Works closely with various departments to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for employees.
• Additional duties as assigned.
