Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS degree in engineering or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree student – Junior or Sophomore
• Strong interest in process improvement and lean methodologies
• Data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Spend 60–80% on the shop floor (Gemba) in the assigned path.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvements.
• Apply lean techniques to standardize and simplify processes.
• Learn and utilize lean tools and techniques.
• Measure KPIs before and after improvements.
• Engage with team members to understand processes and feedback.
• Support change management by communicating with stakeholders.
