Job summary

Nikkiso ACD in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering candidate to contribute to process improvements on cryogenic equipment. You will create pictorial work instructions, revise Bills of Operations, and help design simple tooling under supervision.

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma applications, observing operators to enhance efficiency, and optimizing facility layout and material flow on the production floor.

• Improve and modify facility layout – workflow and material flow guidelines.

Job Overview

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Creating pictorial work instructions of assemblies and processes
• Creating/revise simple (BOO) Bills of Operations
• Creating simple rework travelers for non-conforming parts
• Designing simple tooling and fixtures
