Job summary

Bildt is seeking a Project Engineer Intern in Oshkosh, WI. You will gain hands-on experience supporting fabrication and production operations, using BIM, drawings, and specifications to assist with creating work instructions and verifying work against drawings and quality expectations.

You will also assist with production line layouts and shop logistics, help develop schedules and production plans, and track production progress and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
• Preferred majors/concentrations in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work optimally with minimum supervision.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience supporting fabrication and production operations while working alongside experienced construction professionals.
• Use BIM, drawings, and specifications to assist with creating work instructions, verify completed work against drawings and quality expectations, and support material procurement.
