Job summary

Johns Manville offers a 2027 Summer Internship in Etowah, Alabama. This program targets mechanical or electrical engineering students for hands-on engineering and business experiences with challenging projects focused on innovation and growth.

You will work side by side with engineering professionals, participate in sampling, analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation, and may receive future full-time opportunities. Seminars and travel may be included.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• GPA of at least 3.0.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• SolidWorks experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering services for less complex problems.
• Assist engineers on more complex problems under direct guidance.
• Take part in product development project execution.
• Develop and document product and process information.
• Provide project status updates as required.
