Job summary

Entergy Louisiana, LLC is seeking a Student, Intern to support the engineering department in day-to-day activities including data analysis, document prep, and project development. The role targets rising juniors and seniors majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, with a GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Responsibilities include assisting Plant Lead Team and Operations, supporting project development, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and conducting detailed follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Pursing undergrad in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with GPA 2.8 or higher.
• Some work experience is beneficial but not required.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports Plant Lead Team and Operations Teams with day-to-day tasks.
• Supports Project Development.
• Assists with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Performs follow-ups in a detailed fashion.
• Manages multiple assignments and meets deadlines.
• Proactively communicates work issues to managers/supervisors.
