Qualifications

• Enrolled in a four-year Construction Management or Engineering program.
• Demonstrates curiosity, eagerness to learn, and asks questions.
• Comfortable wearing PPE and working in field environments.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with project record keeping and cost control preparation.
• Assisting with report preparation, safety inspections, and submittal logging.
• Assisting with surveying, testing, sample collection, and filing.
• Assisting with time keeping, cost control, and inventory control.
• Attending bid openings and related meetings; taking notes and records.
• Observing and reporting meeting results and conducting site tours for visitors.
• Preparing quantity take-offs and contacting vendors for proposals.
• Working as a trainee assistant in various roles on-site.
