Qualifications

• Enrolled in a four-year Construction Management or Engineering program.
• Eager to learn, curious, and ready to get hands dirty.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project records, shop drawings, and cost control records.
• Assist with report prep, safety inspections, submittal logging, and processing.
• Assist with surveying, testing, sampling, drawing corrections, and filing.
• Assist with time keeping, cost control, inventory control, and scheduling.
• Attend bid openings and conferences; take notes and complete forms.
• Observe and report on meetings; conduct site tours for visitors.
• Prepare quantity take-offs; call vendors and subs for proposals.
• Work as a manual laborer, helper, clerk, or technician assistant.
