Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and college junior/senior in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or related program.
• Experience with software tools commonly used for engineering documentation and design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Revamp, develop, and improve engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing processes under supervision.
• Review production processes and materials to ensure BOM accuracy.
• Assist with time studies on the production floor and report findings.
• Make recommendations for manufacturing improvements based on data collected.
• Document and modify drawings with engineers' support and present findings to leadership.
