Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project.
  • Proficiency in Visio, SQL, and AutoCAD.
  • Prior internship or project work in engineering or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or assist in engineering projects using MS Office Applications.
  • Perform time studies, process mapping, and cost-benefit analyses to develop standards for current and new processes.
  • Support logistics operations with reporting, business analysis, and data management.
  • Research best practices, labor productivity programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in layout design and equipment placement as needed.
  • Participate in group meetings, provide feedback, and work with other interns or team members.

The IE intern will assist in large-scale industrial engineering projects, conduct process and data analyses, and contribute to operational improvements. This role offers hands-on experience in engineering problem-solving, project support, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Project Support: Lead or assist in engineering projects using MS Office Applications
