  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and adjust priorities as necessary
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications, (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project)
  • Proficient in Visio, SQL systems, and AutoCAD
  • Ability to perform process/data analysis, time studies, and cost-benefit evaluations
  • Prior internship or project work in engineering or manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Lead or assist in engineering projects using MS Office Applications
  • Process Analysis: Perform time studies, process mapping, and cost-benefit analyses to develop standards for current and new processes
  • Operational Support: Support logistics operations with reporting, business analysis, and data management
  • Research & Improvement: Research best practices, labor productivity programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Design & Layout: Assist in layout design and equipment placement as needed
  • Collaboration: Participate in group meetings, provide feedback, and work with other interns or team members
  • Quality & Cost Goals: Contribute to achieving performance, cost, and quality targets
