Job summary

DCCM is offering an internship program based in our Houston, Austin, and College Station offices. Interns gain hands-on experience across civil engineering disciplines, including transportation, structural, water resources, and land development, working with experienced engineers on active projects.

The program emphasizes practical skills, teamwork, and strong communication, with opportunities to apply AutoCAD or Civil 3D and the Microsoft Office Suite to real design tasks.

Qualifications

• Student actively pursuing a four year or advanced degree in Civil Engineering.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities.
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
