Job summary

Heisler Semiconductor LLC is offering a paid internship focused on real customer and internal projects in Halethorpe, MD, or York, PA. This in-person program covers tracks including process and packaging, PCB and hardware design, software and data, and business development.

Interns must be currently enrolled in an engineering, science, CS or business program and demonstrate coursework or projects related to their track, with strong attention to detail and clear written communication.

Job description

Heisler Semiconductor designs and builds advanced semiconductor packages and test hardware for companies and research groups developing RF, mmWave, power, MEMS and sensor devices. Our interns work on real customer and internal projects, not side exercises.

Location: Halethorpe, MD (bwtech@UMBC) or York, PA · Paid internship · Spring and summer 2027 · In-person (business development track remote-eligible)
