Shape multi-year strategies, negotiate high-value agreements, and manage supplier performance to align with program milestones and cost targets. You will build cost models, drive governance, and partner with Engineering, Finance and Legal to ensure optimal business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing or indirect procurement for engineering.
• Led a team of managers/buyers in large tech spend.
• Fluency with licensing constructs: enterprise agreements, royalties, and consumption terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year category strategies for engineering spend.
• Lead end-to-end negotiations including renewals and license terms.
• Build cost models and TCO analyses across suppliers.
• Own IP contracting and intake/approval processes.
• Redesign outsourcing models toward fixed-cost, deliverables-based structures.
