Job summary

The Walsh Group is seeking Interns for our Oklahoma Region. The program prepares you for leadership positions on and off the jobsite, with opportunities to travel across the United States and across divisions to gain hands-on experience in project engineering and field management.

Interns will be trained for full-time employment after graduation, supporting estimating, preconstruction, and coordination efforts.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or seeking a bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to relocate for specific roles.
• Able to commit to a 12‑week schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager or field supervision staff with project coordination.
• Estimate cost for change orders.
• Solicit bidders and coordinate subcontractor activity.
• Schedule various contracts and materials.
• Document control.
• Coordinate subcontractors.
• Safety management.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Write RFIs, submittals, and assist in change orders.
