Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, preventative and emergency maintenance for facilities equipment including electrical and mechanical systems
• Complete documentation including logbooks, work orders, and purchase requisitions
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities support systems
• Develop processes to ensure 24/7 operation with minimal downtime
• Perform cleanroom cleaning per contamination control plan
• Occasionally participate in on-call rotation and extended hours
• Make recommendations for operational improvement for facility systems
• Follow Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures
• Execute testing of critical facility systems
• Setup and operate test equipment to evaluate performance and record data
• Maintain critical facilities systems used during spacecraft processing

Client Job Description

Pay: $65.00/hr

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs, preventative and emergency maintenance for all facilities equipment including various electrical and mechanical systems
• Complete documentation including logbooks, work orders, and purchase requisitions
• Accomplish preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities support systems
• Develop processes and system procedures to ensure 24/7 operation with minimal down time
• Perform cleanroom cleaning in accordance with a contamination control plan
• Occasionally participate in on-call rotation and work extended hours, if required
• Make recommendations for operational improvement for facility systems
• Follow Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Execute testing of critical facility systems.
• Setup and operate test equipment to evaluate performance of critical facility systems under simulated operating conditions, record result and provide data/quality records at project reviews.
• Perform operations and maintenance tasks that encompass the maintenance, repair, and operation of the critical facilities systems utilized during spacecraft processing.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• High School diploma and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Communicate both orally and written in a clear and concise manner
• Read, understand, and work from Standard Operating Procedures, electrical drawings, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Able to supervise contractors and vendors performing work in the facility as needed
• Capable of walking and moving around job site
