Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking an Engineering Facilities Technician to support a contract role at Vandenberg SFB. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a high school diploma, and at least four years of relevant experience.

You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and detailed documentation of all activities to ensure continuous operation of critical facilities. The position involves working with electrical and mechanical systems, following SOPs and PDs, and possibly extended hours or on-call

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• High School diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read SOPs, electrical drawings, and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, preventive and emergency maintenance for facilities equipment and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Complete documentation including logbooks, work orders, and requisitions.
• Maintain facilities support systems to ensure 24/7 operation with minimal downtime.
• Protect safety, health and environmental policies and procedures; follow asset and test procedures.
